If you need a different size, exchanges are welcome; return shipping is covered by the customer.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard Shipping (1–3 working days):

  • Orders under $70 → $7 shipping.
  • Orders $70+ → Free shipping (yay!).

We use NZ Post for deliveries.

You’ll get tracking deets straight to your inbox once your order heads out.

Rural buddies – there’s a $4 charge. (NZ Post passes this onto us, so sadly we can’t avoid it. Even if your order qualifies for free shipping, the $4 rural fee still applies.)

Australia - We ship across the ditch too! Flat rate NZ$15 .

When will I get my order?

We like to keep things speedy – most orders get out the door same day. Otherwise, we’ll ship within 1–2 working days. Weekends + public holidays = beach days for us too, so orders will ship the next working day.

Where are your products manufactured?

We have specifically chosen to have this made in Australia. Nice cream and all Australian sunscreen is regulated through the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA). This means sunscreen, is regulated like a medicine. When providing a product to our customers that is vital to safe skin, we knew this needed to be done to the gold standard of suncare, which is what lead us to Australia.

Does nice cream have a scent?

Yes, nice cream has a light fragrance. We
liken it to summer in a bottle. Nice!

How often should I reapply and is nice cream water resistant?

nice cream needs to be reapplied every 2 hours. We have brutal UVA and UVB in NZ and Australia and it is so important to make sure you re-apply.

We are proud that nice cream SPF50 is broad spectrum sunscreen (covering both UVA and UVB).  UVA is responsible for long term skin damage, aging and melanoma risk. UVB is responsible for sunburn.

If you think you've put enough on, put more on! We know that we don't apply enough. For full body coverage for an adult this should be 35ml (the equivalent of a shot glass) and for children 15ml, or 3 good sized teaspoons.
