Please double-check your hat size—everything’s listed on each product page.
If you need a different size, exchanges are welcome; return shipping is covered by the customer.

Damaged or missing item?

We pack with care, but once your parcel rides off into the sunset, hiccups can happen.
Check your order as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if something’s not right—defects, damage, or the wrong item.

How to get help (within 7 days):
1. Snap a clear photo of the issue.
2. Email hello@niceday.nz with your order number.
3. We’ll assess and sort a replacement if eligible.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition. We can’t issue refunds or exchanges for used products.
